Role & Responsibilities
The Event & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for bringing the Client value proposition and brand promise to life in innovative ways through online and offline channels. You will drive a deeper customer engagement and experience between the Client and the customers, mainly towards events.
- Understand and align with the local marketing strategy and objectives, and ensure activity aligns to global and regional marketing plans.
- Collaborate with the different Technology Leads to organize the best in class end-customer events and partner events: landing page, registration page, venue, catering, follow-up of opportunities after the events, event debriefing, reporting....
- Support the country marketing manager with offline and online activities: update the local Client web site to reflect priorities, publish posts on our different social media networks, follow-up the digital campaigns with the regional team, understand the lead management process and follow-up on the leads generated from marketing activities, optimize our SEO performance, initiate the launch of an advocacy marketing program, develop actionable insights from the different reporting sources
Minimum qualifications and desired skills
- Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience in events organization
- Digital native and Social Media activist
- Ability to synthesize results and develop actionable insights to provide recommendations
- Knowledge of event organization tools eg Cvent or Eventtouch is a plus
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools eg Oracle Eloqua is a plus
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English is a must, plus French or Dutch (written and spoken)
