Microsoft Dynamics CRM Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Implementation/Upgrading, UAT is required by my client who is based in Enfield, North London
My client requires a Project Manager with experience of implementing and upgrading Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
My client have commissioned a partner to strip out various database components that make up the Digital Platform and the PM will oversee this project.
The Project Manager responsibilities are:
- First Point of contact with Supplier in co-ordinating a single project plan managing tasks and ensuring delivery or completion within the Project Team.
- Defining what resources are required and when to support User Acceptance Testing, remediation and further UAT if required with various Product Owners within the business areas.
- Creation of Project Boards and updating key stakeholders including the identify risks critical to project delivery and informing project stakeholders.
- Lead discussions with 3rd party suppliers in relation to project tasks that require input to resolve any issues pertaining to current line of business systems.
- Project Manager to shape the scope of the project Microsoft Dynamics upgrade from Dynamics 8.2 online to version 9 which has already been installed on the LG360 replacement environments.
