Data Architect - Billing and Entitlements Lead
JOB DUTIES:
- Evaluate production capabilities and recommend improvements and readiness for implementation
- Support the writing and execution of test cases and test plans
- Document new and ongoing information obtained during meetings, identify, communicate and track action items and ultimately making sure all commitments are met in a timely manner
- Help business stakeholder and data analysts in identifying CPNI gaps in existing & new upcoming projects and take ownership of defining new SAC test cases
- Research user stories and requirements to identify entitlement, billing and CPNI and SAC impacts and summarizes statutes and business flows using a variety of tools such as BPMN (Business Process Model & Notation), VISIO or Powerpoint
- Participate in JAD sessions and reviews scope on project artifacts such as Process Flow Documents (PFDs), Entity Relation Ship Diagrams (ERDs), Dataflow Diagrams (DFDs), test plans and policy and procedure manuals to extract any CPNI and SAC impacts
- Develop and implement quality assurance standards, processes, and controls pertinent to Billing, entitlements and CPNI (Customer Proprietary Network Information) for multiple Web Portals and Mobile Applications.

- Handle day-to-day escalations on CPNI and SAC matters and quickly address them working with IT and other impacted teams.
- Provides direction and insight to the UAT teams on the correct behavior of test cases
- Assist in developing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Develop presentations using PowerPoint, Excel and Word as required.
- Write and execute test cases across 25+ projects across all levels of complexity and functionality and successfully manage competing priorities
- Provide data analytics supporting certification of test cases, accurate results and recommendations for implementations.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Experience in projects pertinent to migrating large web portals into a unified portal with extensive business knowledge in OAAM (Oracle Adaptive Access Manager), Two-Factor Authentication and Role based access control
- Experience in managing business processes and rules for end-to-end complex data migration, conversion and Datamodelling
- Experience in systems integration with extensive focus on permissions, user access, entitlements and registration
- Experience in defining migration strategy and plans
- Understanding of products and services, marketing functions, policies and procedures
- Understanding of Telecom billing systems across all aspects such as ILEC billing, Private IP, VOIP and Third Party Billing, etc.
- Knowledge and demonstrated skills in user experience functions (eg UX, design)
- Experience in organizing and coordinating with stakeholders across several lines of business gathering information and requirements on projects impacting CPNI and SAC (Significant Account Change) processes
- Ability to write and review user stories, evaluate business requirements and documents to identify billing, entitlements, CPNI and SAC impacts and summarize statuses for VES Wireline Marketing, Legal and Compliance teams
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong background of organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to manage feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work in an agile, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner
- Self-starter with great analytical, qualitative, quantitative and problem solving skills, with the ability to make well thought out decisions and must be able to present ideas and complex information effectively to individuals or groups
- Experienced and well versed with all phases of the software development life cycle
- Experience and knowledge of company systems Solid proficiency in PC based applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint and/or G suite equivalent
- 5+ years marketing operations experience
- 2+ years project management experience
- 1-2 years UAT or project testing experience including test case planning and execution
- 7-10 years Product/Project Management experience
