Title: Training Coordinator

Duration: 6+ Months

Description: This role resides in the Talent Development, Diversity & Inclusion organization which is evolving to address the growing development demands of an evolving, fast-paced, growing company. When it comes to enabling learning and developing learning solutions, they must be able to let go of former perspectives or approaches as necessary to master new ones.

This position reports to the VP, Manager of Learning Enablement and is responsible for providing logistical support to Talent Development Advisors and the Centers of Excellence. The ideal candidate should be highly competent in written and spoken English, take initiative to drive performance improvement and a self-service approach. Past experience in learning coordination is necessary.

Manager Notes/Required Experience:

  • This is a project coordinator for the learning development team
  • We are looking for someone that may want to eventually want to be a BA
  • Understand process improvement and how to improve them
  • Good with analysis
  • Data entry skills need to add all the data from the training courses
  • Must have strong excel, Word and Power Pivot Tables or V-Look up's
  • Would like someone with an LMS background or experience working with an employee facing system like ADP

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of training coordination experience with desire to grow in the discipline of Learning Enablement-Instructional Design
  • Mature professional - must operate independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills: Demonstrable ability to write user guides and teach others to perform Learning Enablement tasks.
  • Flexibility to operate within a changing environment based on customer driven demand
  • Strong personal organization skills
  • Handles high workloads, competing demands, vague assignments, interruptions, and distractions with poise and ease.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office desktop applications (Excel, Visio, and Word)
  • Must have V-Look Up (Power Pivot Tables)
  • Experience working in an LMS

Responsibilities:

  • Project coordination management of all learning activities initiated by the Talent Development, Diversity & Inclusion Team
  • Liaise with LE Administrator to ensure timely and correct action on course set up in LMS.
  • Oversee program announcements preparation and launch
  • Track course enrollments and work with program owner to increase enrollment
  • Create and maintain project plan for the logistical support of programs
  • Maintain, update, manage training calendars
  • Liaise with LE Administrator to report training activity and metrics for courses
  • Create, track and summarize course evaluations
  • Create and track on-line assessments such as BEST and 360 Feedback
  • Session Management and Classroom setup
  • Identify and reserve venues and instructors
  • Make refreshment arrangements, giveaways, materials needed for program
  • Reserve/arrange for configuring of equipment as needed
  • Assist facilitator in classroom set-up
  • Set up and schedule training webinars, provide technical support as needed during webinars
  • Material Acquisition
  • Order, print, prepare, and distribute training materials
  • Source appropriate suppliers as required
  • Content Escalations
  • Answer or escalate support center incidents
