Role: Publication Analyst - Molecular Biology

Location: Cardiff

Duration: 6 months

Rate: £20.00ph

My Client is looking for a Publication Analyst - with a Molecular Biology background, to join a fast based team in Cardiff.

This person will be responsible for Building a literature reference library for G&DS Products.

The ideal candidate will have a Technical writing background and will have some Molecular Biology experience.

SCOPE: Build a literature reference library for G&DS Products

Focus: Key products initially supporting the Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflow

Define (with support): Literature requirements for key products

Assess: Existing literature vs required literature and identify the gaps;

  • Seek: Input from technical contacts (FAS, R&D etc)
  • Update: Existing Content/data/branding/obsolete products
  • Create: New versions/literature to close gap in requirements

Approval: Working with Marketing ensure approvals process followed

Storage: Available on SDFC/Showpad/GE webpage's

Communication: Of new material to global teams

  • Ability to perform laboratory practical work would also be advantageous

Output

Comprehensive & upto date literature for products within the G&DS portfolio, which is easily accessible to the global sales teams.
