Position: Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Type: Contract
Salary: £30.00 - £35.00
Qualifications:

Mechanical Engineering Degree.

The Role:

Develop new designs for company product range.
Interpret customer requirements from sales order/specifications.
Produce mechanical drawings.
Creations of BOMs.
FEA.
Design calculations.
Contribute to R&D activities of the company.
Technical support for manufacturing/production departments.

Experience:

A strong understanding of modern manufacturing processes and design for manufacture (DFM).
Proficient in 3D modelling - CATIA/SolidWorks/NX/ProE/Inventor
Computer Literate - MS Word/Excel.
