Service Now Architect
An exciting opportunity working on a program for an industry leading Manufacturing organisation who operate in 160 Countries based in Oslo, Norway. You will play a pivotal part inproviding Architecture & Standards requirements, including interfaces & dataflows to the SM Toolset and coordinate with other tools - internal and external - as needed Coordinate and agree with SM Toolset Owner.
Service Now Architect Must have:
- Coordinate and agree with SM Toolset Owner
- Support Contractor in their design workshops
- Review design based on client requirements
- Support creation of documentation and training material as needed
- Review the reporting - incl SLA
- Support test case creation, execution and analysis
Responsibility of/Expectations from the Role
- Provide architecture & standards requirements including interfaces & dataflows to the sm toolset
- Participate in Design workshops
- Review the design based on customer requirement
Interviews will be taking place next week for an August start.
