- Organize and lead all the scrum events (sprint planning/review/retrospective, daily standup and grooming)
- Take away impediments that stop the team from delivering value
- Establish backlog together with BA of the team
- Organize grooming and make sure that the team fully understands the requirements
- Coaching developers (code reviews, mentoring junior developers.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills, fluency in English is a must
- Pro active and outward, showing initiative and drive to get things done
- Hands on Java professional who is proficient with Spring, Hibernate and in using Java 8 idioms
- Strong in applying design patterns, practitioner of clean coding and SOLID principles
- Strong in designing solutions that make use of Multithreading to achieve high degree of parallelism
- Experience in writing proper unit tests
- Familiar with Confluence and other Atlassian tools
