Senior Front End / UI EngineerContract

Our broadcast media client based in Central London is looking to onboard an experienced UI Engineer/Senior Front-End Developer to their team to support for User Interface development on Consumer Devices (STBs and TVs).
This job will require initial onsite support but remote working will also be available. This really is a fantastic opportunity for experienced HTML5/Javascript developers.
The application:- HTML5 and Javascript application running on embedded devices as a local package or running as web service for HbbTV deployment.
Skills required
- Front end development experience - pixel accurate meticulous work in going from design to html//CSS templates
- Ability to work and get familiar with new codebases where an old 'proprietary' framework was used.
- HTML5
- Javascript ES5//ES6
- CSS and management of stylesheet via SASS or LESS
- TDD development approach via mocha.js
- React.js // Redux and MobX experience all a big plus

- Node and NPM

- CircleCI for continuous integration
- Cloud deployment if required to Google Compute Platform or/and Herokuapp platform
