Development Manager - OOD & Retail background.
Leading global Ecommerce/retail organisation requires a Development Manager/Lead with a previous technical development background, to manage/lead & take forward a team of Engineers, making sure deliverables are met, that code is written to a high standard and foster a collaborative approach
The role requires an individual who has experience of working in a retail environment and understands the journey - E-commerce, searching, buying delivery/distribution & customer support.
Although the role is not hands-on, previous development experience in an OOD environment is important. Tech stack the company is using incluses Java, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScripts, Node.js, PHP, Agile.
The position requires you to work at 2 sites during the working week at both product and development sites, in London and Northamptonshire. Initial 6 month contract.
