Description
Global IT Service Consultancy working with renewable energy company has a requirement for IT Consultant.
You would cover the position of First Level of Support attending to calls, walk-in and VIP support if this is required to resolve infrastructure issues.
Requirements:
- Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
- Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
- Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
- Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
- Working with field engineers to visit customers/employees if the problem is more serious
- Testing and fixing faulty equipment
- Knowledge of W7 environment.
- Knowledge of O365 technology and tools
- Knowledge of Service Now ticketing tools
- Basic Knowledge of Active Directory service, Exchange Service, Sharepoint and VDI service
- English and Danish speaking
