Description

Global IT Service Consultancy working with renewable energy company has a requirement for IT Consultant.

You would cover the position of First Level of Support attending to calls, walk-in and VIP support if this is required to resolve infrastructure issues.

Requirements:

  • Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
  • Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
  • Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
  • Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
  • Working with field engineers to visit customers/employees if the problem is more serious
  • Testing and fixing faulty equipment
  • Knowledge of W7 environment.
  • Knowledge of O365 technology and tools
  • Knowledge of Service Now ticketing tools
  • Basic Knowledge of Active Directory service, Exchange Service, Sharepoint and VDI service
  • English and Danish speaking

This is an urgent role and the client is looking to move quickly for the right candidates.
