The role
- View of bank accounts and documents and preparation of Binding Authorities FDO, Premium and Claims submissions
- Review of bank accounts and documents and preparation of Open Market Bureau submissions
- Review of bank accounts and documents and preparation of Proportional Treaty Slip and endorsement check/FDO and Treaty statement submissions
- Review of bank accounts and documents and Accounting and Reconciliation tasks to reduce/eliminate unallocated cash
- To work with Brokers and the customer to ensure swift and effective query resolution
- Mirror DXC current technician KPI standards, in achievement of service levels, productivity
- Compliance with internal and customer driven governance and controls
