Technical Support

The role

  • View of bank accounts and documents and preparation of Binding Authorities FDO, Premium and Claims submissions
  • Review of bank accounts and documents and preparation of Open Market Bureau submissions
  • Review of bank accounts and documents and preparation of Proportional Treaty Slip and endorsement check/FDO and Treaty statement submissions
  • Review of bank accounts and documents and Accounting and Reconciliation tasks to reduce/eliminate unallocated cash
  • To work with Brokers and the customer to ensure swift and effective query resolution
  • Mirror DXC current technician KPI standards, in achievement of service levels, productivity
  • Compliance with internal and customer driven governance and controls

  • Broking or Underwriting assistant skills
  • Documentation and processes for London Insurance Market
