French Partner Operations Manager (Sales)

Based in the heart of Dublin's Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the Internet and online technologies as we know it.

They require a fluent French and English Partner Operations Manager with 2 years + channel sales or channel management or B2B sales and/or business development experience at a tech company. Initially on a 6-month contract, this is an exciting opportunity to join the rapidly expanding team and work directly with partners.

What will a general day involve?

  • Oversee the partner sales process, identifying areas of potential acceleration of stage progression in each of the steps of the sales cycle from pipeline to close.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our partners, including educating them.
  • Offer excellent service to the partners by proactively and creatively understanding and solving partners' problems.
  • Partake in the design, development, and implementation of programs.
  • Examine data trends, market dynamics and partner performance, identify opportunities and create implementation plans to maximize results.
  • Supporting partner community with training, materials and ongoing support
  • Engage and coordinate with internal groups such as Sales, Partner and Sales Development teams as needed to resolve partners' issues and maximize pipeline and won deals

What are the required skills?

  • Business fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • 2 years + channel sales or channel management or B2B sales and/or business development experience at a tech company
  • Proven track record in channel or B2B Sales with consistent performance above quota
  • A basic understanding of Cloud industry Preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks
  • Good analytical, problem-solving skills
