RFP Investment Administrator - London - Negotiable - 12 Months

My high profile banking client requires an RFP Investment Administrator to join their team based in London on a 12 month contract Part time.

The selected candidate will need to work 3 full working days per week (21 hours) of their choice.

The role: This is a key role within the RFP team to ensure that the database of RFP text (PMAPS) is kept up-to-date at all times. The RFP database administrator will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation on PMAPS is compliant and has been signed off by all relevant parties. As such the role provides exposure to various functions within the business and requires interaction with senior members of various teams, including dealing, investment, operations, compliance and other functions.

Key Responsibilities

The main aspects of the role are to ensure that:
Attend meetings with SMEs and take notes ready for updating PMAPS
New' text created during the completion of an RFP is loaded to PMAPS to allow all users to have access to the most recent text.
All saved text reflects any terminology, systems, personnel or process changes.
All saved text undergoes timely reviews by the subject matter experts (SMEs) and compliance to ensure that the text is accurate and compliant at all times.

All RFP team logs are maintained for audit trail purposes.

Generic Responsibilities
In addition, this role involves working closely with the UK & US business development/sales and consultant/client relations teams to ensure that text is written in a persuasive manner.
The role also includes responding to ad-hoc requests for text.
Provide accurate and appropriate information to Senior Management. Risk Management Monitor, document and report business risks and internal controls of the function managed (PMAPS), alerting Senior Management immediately of any significant changes.
