Description

I am actively looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our exciting team here at Resource Solutions based in London.

This exciting opportunity is to support all of our payroll functions answering payroll queries, ensuring databases and time sheets are correct delivering reports and ensuring payroll coordination and communication is kept at a high standard.

Established in 1997, Resource Solutions is a provider of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry
  • Dealing with queries on timesheets - eg rate and overtime queries
  • Application of rate increases, including back-dated increase where necessary
  • Processing of Bonus/retainer/expenses
  • Processing of Backdated VAT payments
  • Reporting problems with regard to invoicing to the relevant Account Manager
  • Checking reports on weekly basis as defined by client
  • Actioning appropriate jobs on rota basis with other team members - P45/statement of earnings/contracts/post/tax information
  • Downloading of payroll information from various client sources
  • Providing weekly Limited Company reports
  • Minimise errors by following best practice
