DevOps Developers/Engineers - Architect - API Layer
Daily Rate:€500 - €650 p/d

Programme overview
Our client is a well know Banking organisation recruiting talented interims to support an ongoing programme, which is focusing on building a new API and integration/interface Centre of Excellence within the client operation
CMA Open banking and current PSD2 focus make this essential as is the ability to enable each of the current delivery programmes (some Waterfall, some more agile) to provide the expertise, guidance and experience to allow this to be delivered.
The transition to a new core-banking platform at this major bank entails a Huge software development effort, particularly around APIs, integration layer and service layer applications building blocks.
They have created a centre of excellence that will provide the architectural and develops standards and work with multiple development and implementation teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
This DevOps is a key role in the programme.
Essential:
• Extensive agile software developments / architecture experience
• Strong automation skills, tool agnostic and the ability to drive automation initiatives
• Experience of defining and implementing DevOps architectures
• Ability to interpret and influence software architectures to create structured solution approaches suited to DevOps practices and methodologies, re-defining architectures where required
• Experience of implementing continuous delivery and DevOps solutions
Desirable
• Tools knowledge
• Operational experience and scripting languages
