Android Developer - Native
Are you a mobile developer looking to build native Android applications? If so, look no further! We seek an Android Developer to join this fast growing, industry leading company!
You will focus on adding new features to this companies Android app. You will have input on the design and upgrades of this app and work in collaboration with the UX designer on staff. We are seeking an Android Developer who has written Native apps and has experience integrating Restful APIs.
This is a 12 week contract located in Midtown for an innovative company. This position could extend past the initial 12 week contract or potentially turn into a direct hire opportunity, but for now the focus is to get a solid contractor on board. Required Skills:
- 1+ years of building and publishing Android Applications
- Experience integrating Restful APIs
- Experience in C++/STL Development, Java OR node.js
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelors degree (highly preferred)
- Experience with Crash Reporting OR In-App Messaging OR Location Services
- Experience with Authentication
- Experience with Android Architecture
- Git or other similar version control systems
