Job Description - Workfront Administrator for Print Production team

What youll be doing:

  • The position will report to the Sr. Manager on the Print Production team and work with the HQ Print Production department as well as Retail Experience, Creative Agencies and Print Vendors.
  • The position will have responsibility for being the Workfront Administrator and primary point of contact for all Workfront users.
  • The primary objective of the role is to help maintain outstanding technical support in a high performance company culture that emphasizes superior quality, continuous improvement and productivity standards.
  • This role requires a proactive and results oriented individual with the ability to work on assigned tasks, as well as independently identify other value-add activities.
  • Qualified candidate will support work management inquiries, development of new portfolios, development of reports, audit licensed users, etc.
  • Attend all pre-release trainings, perform preview testing and troubleshoot all potential impacts of Enterprise Releases
  • Develop communications & 1-3 page training documents to communicate enhancements
  • Extensive testing upon Enterprise Release within live environment to ensure VZW instance is not negatively impacted
  • Active participant in the Workfront Users Community
  • Provide phone, email, in person support to Workfront users
  • Troubleshoot all issues and act as the liaison between VZW and Workfront Technical Support team
  • Contribute to the Print Production department
  • Positive attitude, always willing to put the customers needs first
  • Other duties as assigned

You'll need to have:

  • 1 year Workfront experience
  • 1 year of technical support experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills
  • Ability to communicate well with operations end users
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and able to prioritize personal workload
  • Detail oriented and self-starter
  • Ability to work through Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST (on site only)

REQUIRED SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM EST on site (no remote capability). No overtime.
