Power BI Analyst/Developer - 4 Months - Berkshire - £300/£350 per day - Business Intelligence
I am recruiting for a Power BI Analyst/Developer for a client of mine based in Berkshire for a 4 month contract which will most likely extend.
The Power BI Analyst will be working within the organisations BI & Data team and will be required to do the following:
- Review and validate customer data as it is collected
- Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse
- Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
- Create or discover new data procurement and processing programs
- Cooperate with our IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible for us to leverage big data use cases - Monitor analytics and metrics results
- Hire a Data Architect to initiate and maintain data deployment
- Implement new data analysis methodologies
- Review customer files to ensure integrity of data collection and utilization
- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Intelligence or related field required (Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred)
- 7+ years' experience in a Business Intelligence role
- 3+ years' experience a supervisory capacity, preferably within Business Intelligence or data analysis
- Ability to understand and find appropriate applications for data and analysis results
This role has a start date for the start of September and will be commencing interviews this and next week.
