Technical Lead - Site Reliability
My client is running a major digital business transformation, encompassing a CMS platform migration, transformation of our enterprise technology and systems, and a long-term commitment to investing into our digital capabilities.
You will tackle a range of complex application and system support issues in multi geographic locations through Europe and Asia, responding to and safeguarding the availability and reliability of our most popular services.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong skills in leading technical and service support teams and will work closely with Product Development, Engineering and Security, to deliver site reliability of the products and IT services delivered to our customers
Deliverable's:
- Provision of high level technical skills, advice and support to team members in resolving the issues.
- Be the escalation point of contact for internal users in case of issues with products, business applications, internal tools and data.
- Pro-active management of incidents created by our users and monitoring systems - investigating diagnostics, escalating to appropriate teams and managing high priority incidents through to closure.
- Carry out post-mortems of incidents, determining the root cause analysis, to ensure they do not reoccur
