Overview:
Our Operations group provides support for all of Deutsche Bank's businesses to enable them to deliver operational transactions and processes to clients. Our people work in established global financial centres such as London, New York, Frankfurt and Singapore, as well as specialist development and operations centres in locations including Bucharest, Moscow, Pune, Dublin and Cary. We move over EUR 1.6 trillion across the Bank's platforms, support thousands of trading desks and enable millions of banking transactions, share trades and emails every day.

As a Software License Manager, you'll support the Global Head of Software Management in managing and controlling software license management capability
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Global Head of Software Management in managing and controlling software license management capability
- Interpreting legal documentation to extract and record key obligations at speed with accuracy
- Engaging and maintaining relationships with key internal/external stakeholders
- Assisting in the escalation of key risk issues to business owners of the relevant arrangements
- Supporting the implementation of a Software License Management (SLM) governance framework
- Collaborating with global sourcing in relation to vendor contract negotiations
Skills & Qualifications:
- A strong background in banking/legal
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to demonstrate flexibility in problem solving
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in both written and verbal English
- A good understanding of the complexities around working in distributed global teams
- Previous exposure to key concepts such as sourcing, financial & project management
- Broad Knowledge on software and vendor licensing models
