Senior Reward Manager

Contract: Six Months

Location: Flexible A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Reward Manager to join an international bank based.

Core Purpose of the Role: Provide SME consultancy and support to the deployment and development of policies, practices and processes driven by the Group Reward strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

Accountabilities:

  • Support the implementation of the LBG Reward Strategy and associated key deliverables eg annual pay & GPS review etc.
  • Perform reward lead SME role on Group initiatives (eg cyclical processes, changes to policy), coordinating required activities in a consistent manner on a pan divisional basis, utilising partners across P&P and reward policy resources, as appropriate.
  • Support Divisional/Functional Heads of Reward in identifying potential Reward solutions, aligned to LBG remuneration principles and policies, to enable business initiatives.
  • Develop a network of colleagues and external advisers, keeping abreast of regulatory/legislative developments and benchmark practice in order to influence policy and strategy development.

Essential Skills:

  • Expert understanding of reward policies and practices or a highly numerate and analytical individual with proven ability to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain or present factual information to key individuals or groups in a structured, clear, confident and concise way.
  • Contributes to the creation of and drives a high-performance culture by challenging senior leaders and ensuring they have the tools, capability and support to exercise sound judgement, adhering to relevant reward policy, legislation and regulation.
