Position: Workstation Support Analyst
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Columbia, SC
Job Requirements:
- Technical Operations support experience specific to PC Deployment experience
- Routine transporting of items up to 30 lbs. Transporting items up to 70lbs on occasion. MUST be able to lift and carry
- A+ Certification (Required)
- Overtime and possible weekend work as needed. Potential weekly OT M-F most likely five 10-hour days
Job description:
- Monitors/updates dispatch system and works incoming tickets as assigned.
- Configures, installs, monitors, and maintains IT users' Workstation software and hardware.
- Tests, troubleshoots, maintains, modifies, validates and documents application packages.
- Documents configurations and standards so that colleagues can reference similar issues and improve resolution time. Assists other departments as needed to resolve issues.
- Keeps apprised of new technologies related to Workstation support procedures.
- New deployments, configuring hardware & software (Windows 10) upgrading old systems with new software, & hardware
