Lead Business Analyst - FS/Banking - Pensions
We are currently recruiting for a Lead Business Analyst on behalf of a leading banking group, the role will be based in Halifax and will be working alongside the banks pensions programme.
We are looking for someone with a proven business analysis skill set ideally supported by ISEB or a similar qualification.
As this is a business change role, excellent communications, leadership and influencing skills are essential.
Skillset Required:
- Proven experience in senior/lead business analyst capacity
- Recent banking experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Pensions experience is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
