As an Agile Scrum Master for Tech Mahindra, you will be working with leading aerospace customer, this is your opportunity to:Support in building Product Backlog.Sprint Backlog (Estimated by Scrum Team and Prioritized with the help of PO)KPI’s (Sprint Velocity, Burn down chart, Predictability tracker, Impediment tracker & Status… as applicable)Conducting the Ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review/Demo, Sprint Retrospective)Identifying and Removing impediments for smooth running of SprintEnsure implementation of Agile principles and Values Coaching Dev team and PO on the Agile-Scrum ways of working
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Engineering or Computer Science with an emphasis in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain. 2+ years of total exp. is good to have. Preferably in Aerospace domain or Manufacturing domains.Strong Technology background and hands on Scrum Master experience having knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works.Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
