Your responsibilities will include participating in the web design process.
So you'll take responsibility, among others behind:
-creating a clean and transparent code
-overseeing your part of the development process
-proposing proven and innovative design solutions
We divide our requirements into two sets:
1) Hard skills:
-the ability to plan the architecture of web systems (DDD is welcome)
-very good object oriented programming skills (PHP 5.6 and 7.x)
-knowledge of design patterns
-knowledge of a minimum of one ORM
-knowledge of at least one MVC framework for PHP (welcome Phalcon Framework)
-knowledge of issues related to REST API, SOAP API
-knowledge of issues related to the security of web applications
-knowledge of issues related to the optimization and scalability of web applications
-knowledge of relational databases (Mysql)
-ability to conduct code review
-knowledge of linux systems + configuration (welcome Centos)
-basic knowledge of virtualization (welcome Virtualbox, LXC)
-knowledge of cache systems Redis, Memcache
-knowledge of PSR standards, the ability to write clean code
-knowledge of GIT
-knowledge at a good level (not necessarily practical) in the field of CSS3, JS, TypeScript, jQuery,
Angular, Vue
-the ability to write unit and acceptance tests
2) Soft skills:
-business and project analytics skills (prediction of threats, perceiving opportunities and potential of project elements)
conscientiousness and responsibility
-the ability to say "NO" after previous argumentation (the customer is not always right :))
-ability to work with deadlines
-ability to cooperate in a project team
