Admin Assistant - 6 months - Farnborough - 6 months
An international financial business is seeking an Office Admin Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. The role will be an initial 6 month contract with potential extensions.
Role Responsibilties
UK Intern program coordination:
- Help liaise and coordinate with universities in preparation for intern and careers fairs
- Help organize all aspects of our participation in intern/careers fairs
- All communication and coordination with candidate interns and the interview process
- Assist with all aspects of logistics for intern program (inc coordination with US counterparts)
- Point of contact for interns during the program
General administrative assistance for the UK management team
- Help organizing meetings and team events
- Help organizing on site training
- General assistance with on site planning and organisation.
At least 5 years experience, working in a corporate organisation supporting teams and management teams with a can do, team player approach.
