As Technical Development and Implementation Specialist (TOIS) within the Digital Transformation Office department you are active in the Online Sites team.
As a TOIS you are part of a dynamic Kanban team and you work closely with your TOIS colleagues, development teams and product managers.
The basis of your work is advising, building and managing content in the content management system.
You ensure that the feature is in the app or website of the bank and that the content components are actually content manageable for others.
You work according to the technical standards and work agreements where you take into account all aspects (such as findability, usability, concept and content guidelines and the basic principles of User eXperience design).
In addition, you provide content editors with support and advice based on your professional knowledge and expertise in the field of technology and design.
Activities/responsibilities:
- You create and test in collaboration with development teams, pages and navigation items for new features in the Banking app and on the website in the content management system (SDL Tridion)
- You participate as a technical specialist from content management in various projects and are not afraid to dive deeper into technology to achieve joint results
- You advise development teams about the possibilities and use of the content management system
- You monitor (partly) the quality of the banking app and website
Job requirements:
- A completed HBO education in ICT, Mediadesign or similar
- Demonstrable work experience with a CMS (Content Management System)
- You have experience with SDL Tridion
- You have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS Competences:
