Description
Our client a government department are looking for a an Asset Manager on an initial 10 month contract based in Croughton.
You will be responsible for carrying out detailed checks of facility assets & report finding to Stewardship Manager. Checking all Statutory and Mandatory maintenance tasks are in compliance with current health, safety and industry standards and the investigation of any non compliant tasks to provide host nation assurance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years hard facilities management experience and/or the assurance thereof. Good knowledge of current Health safety and industry maintenance standards. You will also be competent in carrying out facility inspection of assets and must be technically aware and able to understand the regulatory requirements within the Facility Management discipline. Defence experience is desirable.
The candidate must already hold valid SC Clearance.
