Account Manager - (Customer Service/Customer Management)
This is an exciting piece of work for an Account Manager that holds current SC Clearance to work on a contract with longevity. As the Account Manager, you will be the Point of Contact for the organisation and external customers. Your role will be to understand customer needs that will enable business change, communicating the progress of those changes, and recording and resolving any issues or complaints raised by the customer.
- Building long-term relationships with customer and supplier representatives
- Maintaining relationships through regular face to face contact and meetings
- Engaging with customers, providing their feedback to colleagues to support work to establish new business needs or to initiate improvements to existing service offerings
- Taking responsibility for the level of customer satisfaction and respond promptly to customer queries, complaints or recommendations providing support and reassurance to customers around the progress of their requests/complaints etc
- Liaising with other departments within the organisation in order to facilitate customer requests
- Utilising, reviewing and updatinga customer database with key contacts
- Engaging with business change owners and IT suppliers (where required) to understand the progress of IT changes
- Producing MI reports as required
