Azure Architect/Engineer - Cork - Contract - 700€
Azure Architect/Engineer required by global financial organisation based in Cork, This a senior role and the candidate must have a proven track record of working on enterprise systems (Development & Deployment process). The candidate must have a strong background in Cloud and ideally be experienced in Java.
Task/Responsibilities
- Working with the development team, you will responsible for development & deployment of state-of-the-art applications in the Cloud.
- You will be working with a small team of Developers & DevOPS staff.
- You will be responsible to development, design and automation of micro services based applications written in GO, Java, React, Python using Back End services such as Azure Messaging bus, storage accounts, SQL & NoSQL Database etc.
Qualifications/required skills
- University degree or equivalent (Level 8) in a computer based discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as team leader or senior development lead role.
- Platforms/Software knowledge expectations:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Java EE, Java spring boot, Java security.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with GO.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in using Docker, Maven, Jenkins, Ansible and Terraforms.
- Experience in deployment of micro services in containers in Azure of AWS cloud platform would have distinct advantage.
