Description
* Ph.D degree in Data Science, Machine learning or AI
. Minimum 10 years related work experience
. Implementation experience on one or more of the following: CVM, Potential value modelling, lifetime value modelling, survival analysis, churn prediction, customer segmentation, market segmentation, forecasting, affinity modelling, dynamic pricing, Collaborative filtering, content based filtering, recommendation and natural language processing.
* Experience interacting with cross functional teams including, academic researchers, business stakeholders and IT teams
* Exceptional written and oral skills
* Self-starter, autonomous, functions independently while providing regular updates.
. Proficiency in at least 2 of the following:
- Machine Learning & Predictive Modeling
- Data Mining, Data Modeling
- Hadoop, Spark, Hive etc
- Scipy, Scikit, R
- Information retrieval
- NLP
