Quality Engineer
Urgent requirement for Quality Engineers to join a leading digital agency onsite with a Banking client based in central London.
Role:
We are looking for experienced, creative, results-oriented Quality Engineering Professionals who drive innovation based on metrics and constantly strive to get better efficiencies in execution without compromising on quality.
You will be obsessed with quality, highly committed to creating innovative solutions while working on a variety of technologies. Knowledge of a variety of testing tools (creative, mobile, automation, non-functional) will immediately add value in proposing all-encompassing solutions to clients in addition to participating in other pre-sales activities.
Experience of working within an agile/scrum environment will come as standard to you and you will welcome the opportunity to bring new ways of working and creative ways of delivering quality to this digital agency and their clients.
Requirements:
- Commercial experience within a bank/financial organisation preferable
- Strong knowledge of UFT and QTP
- Automation testing - Understands the need for an investment for automation on a project to justify the inclusion/exclusions from scope
- Strong experience of designing, building and developing automation frameworks using various Automation Tools - in particular, Selenium and Webdriver/QTP
- Familiar with mobile testing on different OS and latest versions of platform and devices
- Sound knowledge of JavaScript (preferably knowledge of NodeJs) and its usage in building Functional Automation Suites preferable
- Solid manual testing experience as automation test cases will be created based on manual test cases
