Agile Coach
Finance client is in need of an Agile Delivery Lead/Agile Coach to join an existing team of 40+. This is an exciting opportunity for an Agile specialist to lead and train an existing team based in Swindon that are open to learning new techniques and processes in Agile. The Agile coach is to work across multiple work streams in a transformation setting using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have hands on experience of multiple Agile projects and will have a pragmatic style and approach.
This role is more about the Coach over Skills - they are looking for an Agile Coach that will go on the Journey with the team/Company to see what currently works within, rather than an Agile Coach who is looking to stamp there processes/way of working into the business.
Experience/Key must have skills:
- Proven background as an Agile Coach
- Banking/Insurance/Financial Services experience
- Transformation background
- Strong Stakeholder experience
- Working at speed and attention to detail.
- Must have pace, solution design and team spirit
- Business Process Models
- Customer Journey Maps.
