My client a leading Global Telecoms company are looking for an experienced Red Hat RHEL consultant. - RedHat RHEL
This role is looking for a Red Hat consultant with experience in demanding environments and who has the ability to work using own initiative and business acumen. French language skills would be desirable although not essential.
Support will be given by the project team but you must be assured with your RedHat RHEL experience and be able to hit the ground running at the start of the project, this will be rewarded with the opportunity to work remotely for a degree of the project once you have shown the team your Red Hat RHEL expertise.
Skills Required:
- Experience of upgrade to and installation of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Redhat RHEL 6.x to 7.x
- Ericsson Prepaid Node Experience would be of benefit.
- OS hardening experience.
- Red Hat Project requirements definition, installation as well as an operational role within the project.
- French speaking not mandatory, but desirable.
- Degree of remote working for the correct candidate, once feet on the ground and demonstrated self discipline. (Mandatory presence when touching live nodes.)
- Previous Telecoms experience is desirable.
