Our client, a major player within the Pharmaceuticals sector is urgently seeking a Security Engineer for a 6 month contract based in Prague. The successful candidate will be responsible for design and implementation of infrastructure/security solutions and will come with deep IT Security competencies in Anti-Virus/AntiMalware software, operating systems (Windows, Linux, ...), Middleware and databases
ESSENTIAL:
- Security testing experience/penetration testing experience (OSCP or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge about tooling such as NMAP, Hydra, KALI Linux,
- Good system engineering skills on Windows/Unix/MySQL/Perl/Python
- Familiar with Techops IT and network infrastructure such as Firewall/ids-ips technology
- Communication with different levels of the organization and focused on delivery
- English written & spoken (required)
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Design, implement and maintain security/infrastructure requirements for development/testing environment
- Work in close collaboration with Architecture and Operations to integrate new solutions
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions required for new projects
- Ensure a high integration of infrastructure/security components
- Help to drive architectural improvements and standardization for the infrastructure/security environments
- Develop and enhance automated processes to release new solutions into the live environment
- Ensure controls are in place for all configuration items and only authorized changes are made for all assets within enterprise IT environment
- Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Engineering service scope Position Purpose

Day rate: 9526 CZK - £330 per day
