Application Support Analyst
12 Month W2 Contract
Location: Birmingham, AL
Responsibilities Overview:
Primary contact for monitoring and resolving the PIMS support queue
PIMS Project archive maintenance
Identify, prioritize, and document requirements for system change requests.
Serve as a liaison between vendors, business unit customers, and technical support.
Working with multiple departments to translate customer needs into value adding requests that aligned with business objectives and increased system efficiency.
Develop user acceptance test cases, supervised test execution, and determined project acceptance criteria during testing of enhancements
Ensure user manuals are maintained and enhancements are well defined and documented
Create and setup new projects system wide
Required Skills
In depth SharePoint (2013 and 2016) experience, Microsoft Outlook, End user support of a web based application, Testing deployments, Troubleshooting skills
Desired Skills
.NET Application development, PowerShell, Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI Analytics, Microsoft Server/Desktop OS, Project Management
