Senior IT Analyst - Common Credit Automation
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Rate: £450 per day (Paid in Local Currency DKK)
Duration: 6 months
Start: ASAP

The Job:
The client are automating the credit decision process and extending the use of application scorecards and new data sources.

The role:
Experienced IT analyst who can facilitate this change by insuring that a common direction is set together with business, IT, local countries, and external vendors.

The position:
As the coordinator from the technical side it is important that you have some knowledge on technical terms, deployments, system maintenance, as well as ability to read code and prepare upgrades.

It is essential that you have experience in working with application scorecards and automated credit decision flows to be able to understand and challenge the requirements from our business partners.

As IT Analyst coordinator you work across business areas and the Nordics to mature and specify requirements together with the delivery teams. We are working with distributed teams, so excellent communication skills and working experience with offshore teams is important. Interacting with solution vendors on a technical level is also a key task.

Professionally you are one of the best in your field and a recognized expert in building bridge between the sales and credit processes, and implement application scorecards in IT solutions. When you interact with different stakeholder groups, you are able to involve all in the process and can facilitate the group to reach decisions.

As mediator among business, development teams and external vendors you secure that the communication is working well between the relevant people. You work closely with development teams, product owners and business partners across the different hubs and that Credit Risk Capability is supporting.

In the daily work you will support the development teams with well-documented requirement descriptions, facilitating workshops, take part in backlog refinement together with our product owners and drive analysis work for upcoming epics.

Our team is part of Banking Technology and provides applications and services within the credit area to support partners across the bank.

Competence Demands:
*You have several years of experience in automating credit decisions processes and technical implementation of application scorecards.
*Knowledge Experian's PowerCurve is important (tool for credit decision automation).
*You understand and care for people with different needs and demands.
*You can drive analysis tasks and facilitate that people reach a common understanding and conclusion.
*By using agile practices you shape user stories and convey business knowledge into actionable artifacts like acceptance criteria, examples and rules, for the development teams.
*Your people skills are very good and you inspire and motivate people to take part in the work while at the same time being able to facilitate and achieve results to reach a goal.
*You handle conflicts openly and take part of making the decision process transparent.
*It is natural for you to take responsibility and use your people skills along with communication and analysis skills to drive a task.
*Collaboration and communication across business and IT is easy for you and you enjoy working with people from different cultures.
*Only the very best is good enough for you, but at the same time you are aware that it takes time to achieve the very best. You therefore have a pragmatic approach to a stepwise implementation of standards, but are persistent enough to pursue the goal of world-class application scorecards.
*Since you are the best within your field and will work with others who are the best in their field it is important that you do not take yourself too seriously.
*You need to have a good sense of humor and understand that we work as a team. We work hard, but are also having fun together.
*The corporate language is English
