Description
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Support and maintain enterprise LAN network including Extranet and Laboratories connections.
*Support and maintain network security systems, boundary protection and filtering policies.
*Perform complex installations and interconnection of network for trials specific deployments. Provideas-built documentation to include in operations configuration.
*Maintain and apply configuration changes and updates for Layer 2 and Layer 3 devices (mainly Ciscoequipment).
*Deploy and operates VPN systems (site-to-site and remote access) based in Cisco equipment.
*Maintain and reconfiguration of 802.11 Wireless Network. Monitoring and troubleshooting issues.
*Perform configuration changes for QoS systems. Document and track QoS profiles.
*Enhance and maintain documentation of network systems and interconnections.
*Maintain updated Network Monitoring tools ensuring a correct monitoring for the whole infrastructurewith special attention to critical networks/links.
*Perform Administrator duties for Solarwinds
