Description
We're looking for a Commercial and Contract Analyst to join one of our international retail customers based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
Ideally, you'd have an excellent understanding of Vendor Management, Vendor Analysis and Contract Compliance.
We're looking for both permanent and contract candidates!
What will I be doing?
You'll be responsible for managing and overseeing current contracts in place with customer's vendors
Reviewing performance data and output, producing reports to be presented to Stakeholders with recommendations on any improvements that need to be made
This isn't a stand alone position, you'll be working in a team to make sure delivery and all documentation is compliant. The vendors are already in place, so we need someone to make sure everything is running as they should be.
You'll be using Excel on a daily basis, so advanced Excel knowledge is a must.
You'll know Contracts Analysis inside-out, it's quite a fast-paced environment, so you'd need to be on your game, be proactive, be self sufficient and be able to multitask.
You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the vendor management office
- Monitoring KPI's for the suppliers
- Maintaining the contractor data base with end dates
- Producing reports on Supplier performance
- Preparing strategy review packs for Stakeholders
- Dealing with issues for 3rd parties - dispute resolution
- You'll be involved in contract supplier negotiation
If you have experience in:
- Retail - not essential but would be great!
- Agile experience
- Experience in dispute resolution (supporting this process is fine)
- Experience in contract supplier negotiation
