Description
User support activity:
- Analyse the problems encountered by Group companies on CS
- Write the necessary documents to eradicate the problems
- Manage incident tickets
- Realise and document tests related to evolution's of the SAP solution according to the XXX standards
- Perform recurring compliance monitoring tasks
Project management (in coordination or contribution):
Assist in the implementation of CS or Supply Chain projects with an adjustment of the application landscape:
- Analyse and describe the operations to be implemented and the tests to be carried out
- Respect the project organisation of XXX;
- Document all the processes and evolutionist following the changes of version;
- Participate in tests (documentation of scenarios and test plans, carrying out technical tests, user support for functional tests);
- Store evidence documents in accordance with Client policy;
- Participate in user training;
- Develop business continuity plans;
