Marketing Planner/Strategist (B2C, Customer Experience)

London (Long Term Contract)

The Company:

A leading Telecoms Vendor, who operate in more than 170 countries across the world. They are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Planner/Strategist (B2C, Customer Experience) to join their multi-cultural and state of the art offices in SE London. The ideal candidate will come from a customer experience focused company, within the Fashion/Retail/eCommerce industries.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Planning:

  • Leads the development, execution and delivery of customer experience strategy
  • Sets-up a Pan-European customer experience infrastructure & monitors the customer experience performance across key metrics in 10 European markets
  • Acts a customer experience champion, coordinates the various markets initiatives (Align the organization objectives, deliverables, timelines, key milestones)
  • Owner of the project management framework (regular reviews, alerts, risks, corrective actions, reporting, dashboards, management of the project team)

Project Operations:

  • Ensures the creation of a customer experience framework for WEU region
  • Develops KPI's, standardized operational reports & dashboards to provide visibility into the customer experience initiatives
  • Manages third party marketing technology, data augmentation & lead acquisition vendors, contractors, and external resources.

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated experience with working in consumer centric brands/Marketing-led organization (lifestyle, consumer electronics/retail/fashion etc.)
  • Builder & self starter, Strong problem-solving skill and solution-oriented
  • Good Matrix management skills with positive outlook and able to energize team to perform the best
  • Ability to manage projects on time and on budget.
  • Can lead, motivate and manage agencies to perform the best whilst obtaining work transparency and efficient
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and dependencies with excellent communication and influencing skills
