Thanks for checking our job advertisement!We are looking for a Program Manager for a long term contract with one of our biggest client (Among the top 3 biggest IT consultancy companies) to lead a program to move the payments systems (hosted in-house) to 3rd party payment service providers. The role also involves the roll-out and implementation of PIN PADs across all the store locations within UK.

• Mandatory Skills: Must have managed programs worth £10Million, Must have previous experience of moving payments systems from On-Premise to SaaS based payment service providers (PSPs)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 1Year 6 Months+
Key Skills/Knowledge:
•Excellent knowledge and experience related to card payments systems and knowledge of payment transactional flow all the way through to banks.
•Demonstrate experience of leading a matrix delivery team and can ability to demonstrate proven results in agile delivery model is critical.
•Demonstrate solid experience in managing and delivering budgets of upto £10M. Experience of negotiating IT contracts schedules would be beneficial
•Demonstrate a very strong supplier management skills as the role would involve working with multiple suppliers with greater focus on quality, timeliness and budget.
•Good working knowledge of card schemes, card payment acquirer businesses, tokenisation, digital wallet and integrating payment solutions with new functional payment methods like ApplePay, Paypal, faster payments.
•A good understanding of PSD2 and upcoming PCI/PTS regulations would be very advantageous.
•Stakeholder Management - Managing several different stakeholders from board level right down through the business and many discrete internal IT teams.
•Organisational Change Management -Experience of working in a company undergoing organisational change will be important.
• Payments Industry experience with IT Organizations is mandatory
