SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant.
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant for a contractual role in United Arab Emirates.
Start: 1st November 2018
Duration: 24 months
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Rate: Negotiable all inclusive
- Role: SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management and Platform Lead
- Role reports to: Project Talent Lead (including PMGM, LMS + iContent, basic JAM, SPM, CDP, RCM, RMK, ONB)
- Qualifications: SAP SF Certification LMS (plus any other modules)
- Experience: SAP SF LMS deployment SME with strong technical aptitude - multiple deployments in complex industries (oil & gas + resources + retail preferred)
- Personality: Ability to facilitate workshops; handle opposing views in workshops and driving towards common results/outcomes.
- Communication skills: Verbal to facilitate, interpret requirements and to summarise views and decisions. Written communication to translate requirements and decisions into SAP SuccessFactors configuration rationale and configuration decisions in workbooks.
