Familiar with RF planning & optimization delivery process
2. Familiar with Huawei tools (U2000, UNET, OMSTAR, P&A)
3. Able to do basic RF troubleshooting
4. Able to do basic Drive test log analysis
5. Able to do neighbour/parameter audit
6. RF service engineer Technical Skills:
a) Familiar with mobile network and protocols.
b) Familiar with wireless communication technologies (GSM, WCDMA, LTE)
c) Operational experience on Huawei wireless equipment (2G BTS/3G nodeB/4G eNodeB)
7. Deep understanding of the RF planning & optimization delivery process
8. Skilled with multi-vendor optimization tools
9. Able to do advanced RF troubleshooting
10. Able to do advanced Drive test log analysis
11. RF service engineer Technical Skills:
a) Master one wireless communication technology (GSM, WCDMA or LTE)
b) Delivery experience working in multi-vendor optimization projects
c) P3 benchmark and/or VoLTE optimization experience will be a plus
