Synergize Consulting are currently seeking Laptop Deployment Support Engineer to work within our Client's Deployment team.
- Shift Pattern- 8 hour evening shift: 4PM to 12PM including breaks.
- Pay: £175/Euros200
- Initial 14 week Contract
This role will include carrying out face-to-face deployments of Laptops with associated devices to end users.
This is a varied and demanding role for an intelligent and enthusiastic person who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities:
Deploy laptops to end-users
Train users in the use of their personal devices
Conduct security briefings and training for users
Provide second line support, as required
Collaborative working with other teams where required
Adopt and adapt to continuous improvement requirements
The successful candidate will have:
Experience of supporting end users face to face in a customer facing environment
Experience of hardware and peripherals installation and related troubleshooting
