Business Analyst - SAP ECC & Successfactors
Work in close cooperation with business colleagues to drive the IT development within the HR and Finance areas.
The work consists of developing technical solutions to business problems including defining, analysing and documenting requirements.
Sometimes the work is part of a broader project but more often you will be the main technical resource in a smaller assignment and therefore skills as keeping the development work together is also needed.
You must be able to both coordinate application and infrastructure activities together with our two main outsourcing vendors as well as work very operationally with doing analysis of integration flows down to a detailed data level. If you have experience working with architectural tasks, that is a plus.
The role also includes being a system owner for some dedicated systems which means steering the life cycle activities around the systems and putting life cycle requirements to our outsourcing vendors.
Some examples of areas of expertise; Revenue Recognition, Electronic Banking Statement, HR on-boarding and off-boarding processes, external labor processes, etc.
The suitable profile has extensive experience and competence within SAP ECC and a big plus is if the same candidate has worked with SAP SuccessFactors and HR related areas in ECC.
Other systems in scope; SAP BW, ADP Payroll, Time reporting systems as well as additional Finance systems.
Long term contract and excellent rates
