Creative Manager | Central London | up to £300 per day
An award-winning global advertising agency is looking for a Creative Manager to join their design team on a contract basis. Over the past 5 years, the business has grown considerably, developing a highly recognisable brands and outstanding services. The Role & Candidate:
This role will involve leading the Creative & Content team who are responsible for producing all digital design work and content for marketing campaigns. You will be hands-on and lead from the front, coming up with creative concepts for the team to execute. In addition, you will be a strong team leader with the ability to organise and streamline design studio processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Come up with creative concepts and oversee the production of campaign assets, including digital creative, social media, email and direct mail
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring brand consistency across all touch points
- Manage and develop style guidelines and 3rd party assets
- Develop existing creative processes to excite designers and content producers
- Distribute work effectively to the team, assigning and meeting deadlines
- Be a key member of the creative team and marketing department inspiring those around you
Key Experience & Skills:
- Team management - experience of managing briefs and allocating creative resource
- Strong conceptual skills - astute in coming up with storyboards and creative concepts
- Design prowess - strive to deliver pixel-perfect designs with excellent attention to detail
- Communication - for providing feedback and motivating team members to review work
- Photography and videography - organise product shooting and video assets
