CDHC marketing collateral review

Assist the team in reviewing collateral to align with the goals and objectives of the project.

Develop schedules to meet deadlines.

Acts as liaison and facilitator for the project.
-
Work closely with team to ensure deadlines and needs are being met.

Tracks and logs of deliverables, action items, decisions, and next steps as needed.
-
Accomplishes all work within established methodologies and standards.

Issues management: Identifies and tracks project issues, resolving issues where possible or escalating to more senior project team members when needed. May identify risks and participate in mitigation activities.

Change management: May be responsible for participating in the development of communications and change management materials.

Business and process improvement: Identifies opportunities for business or process improvement; makes associated recommendations as appropriate.

Customer Service: Actively engages clients through all phases of the project life cycle, ensuring client satisfaction through timely communication and consistent completion of deliverables within communicated time frames.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree Required

Minimum three (3) years of experience in general administrative functions.

A team player with excellent relationship building and interaction skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Must be able to successfully manage multiple priorities, develop project timelines, and attention to detail.

Expert knowledge of MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
