Our client, a well-established global IT company, are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to workon a contract basis. Initially the contract will be 11 months in duration and will be based at their busy and secure site in London.
Role Details:
Supervises general accounting activities such as preparing and posting entries to general ledger, balancing statements and financial reports, calculating revenue recognition, and billing.
Education: High School or equivalent.
Experience: 6+ years.
Job Description:
- Oversee daily running of the clients Finance department
- Provide variance commentary to the clients Management and around P&L/Balance Sheet
- Escalation point for all supplier/customer disputes
- Sign-off Payment Runs, Payroll etc
- Ensure compliance with SOX
- Various adhoc Finance or Accounting duties
